The Federal Court of Justice (BGH) rejected the plaintiff's revision against the Stuttgart Higher Regional Court's decision of 23 June 2020, upholding the lower court's ruling against the plaintiff and dismissing the concurrent application for a procedural suspension. The dispute concerned the validity of the revocation notice in a financed vehicle purchase contract, specifically addressing the requirements for consumer credit revocation instructions in existing cases (*Altfälle*). The court determined that the case lacked fundamental significance, did not require further development of the law, and that the revision had no prospect of success, thereby confirming the requirement that statutory consumer protection standards be strictly adhered to in pre-existing financial contracts under applicable civil procedural and consumer credit regulations.

[TENOR]

Dezember 2020 (§ 552a Satz 2, § 522 Abs. 2 Satz 3 ZPO).
