I. Zuständig für die Entscheidung ist der Einzelrichter (BGH, Beschluss vom 9. August 2021 - GSZ 1/20, NJW 2021, 3191 Rn. 10).

II. Ausgehend von einem Gesamtwert der von dem Rechtsstreit betroffenen Nachlassgegenstände von 10.500.000 € ist mit Blick darauf, dass Gegenstand des Rechtsbeschwerdeverfahrens die Frage der Zulässigkeit einer Aussetzung des Verfahrens war, der Gegenstandswert hier auf ein Fünftel des vorgenannten Betrages, mithin auf 2.100.000 € festzusetzen (vgl. Zöller, ZPO 34. Aufl. Rn. 16 "Aussetzung").
