Die Revisionen der Angeklagten gegen das Urteil des Oberlandesgerichts Düsseldorf vom 23. Juni 2022 werden als unbegründet verworfen, da die Nachprüfung des Urteils auf Grund der Revisionsrechtfertigungen keinen Rechtsfehler zum Nachteil der Angeklagten ergeben hat (§ 349 Abs. 2 StPO).

Jeder Beschwerdeführer hat die Kosten seines Rechtsmittels zu tragen.

Zur beanstandeten Verfolgungsermächtigung bemerkt der Senat ergänzend:
