Das beim Amtsgericht – Strafrichter – Karlsruhe anhängige Verfahren 18 Ds 430 Js 41044/22 wird zu dem beim Amtsgericht – Schöffengericht – Schweinfurt rechtshängigen Verfahren 5 Ls 3 Js 14898/20 verbunden.

[GRUENDE]

Das Amtsgericht – Schöffengericht – Schweinfurt, das am 5. Dezember 2022 ein Verfahren unter anderem gegen die Angeklagte eröffnet hat, ist bereit, das bei dem Amtsgericht – Strafrichter – Karlsruhe anhängige Verfahren zu übernehmen.

Das Amtsgericht Karlsruhe hat mit Zustimmung der Staatsanwaltschaft Karlsruhe die Sache dem Bundesgerichtshof zur Entscheidung vorgelegt.

Der Bundesgerichtshof ist für die Entscheidung gemäß § 4 Abs. 2 Satz 2 StPO zuständig.
