Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Federal Court of Justice's 12th Civil Senate dismissed the plaintiff's complaint, thereby affirming the non-admission of a revision appeal filed against a judgment by the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court. The dispute concerned a civil matter with a value in dispute up to 260,000 €, in which the plaintiff challenged the lower court's decision to deny a further appeal. The court held that the case lacked fundamental legal significance and did not require a decision by the revision court for the development of law or the assurance of uniform jurisprudence under Section 543(2) Sentence 1 of the Code of Civil Procedure, with the decision entered under Section 544(6) Sentence 2 Sub-sentence 2 ZPO without further detailed reasoning.
