Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Federal Court of Justice (BGH) dismissed the plaintiff's complaint against the non-admission of revision, thereby upholding the partial and final judgments of the Oberlandesgericht Köln and leaving the lower court's rulings in force; in doing so, the BGH imposed the costs of the complaint proceedings on the plaintiff and calculated the object value at approximately 339,754 EUR. The dispute concerned a civil matter in which the plaintiff challenged the appellate court's decision not to admit a further appeal to the highest court. Relying on § 544 Abs. 6 Satz 2, 2. Halbsatz ZPO, the court declined to provide a detailed written reasoning, determining that such an explanation would not contribute to the clarification of the requirements under which a revision must be admitted.
