Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Federal Court of Justice rejected the plaintiff’s complaint against the non-admission of a revision appeal, thereby upholding the final judgment of the Higher Regional Court in Bremen and leaving the plaintiff to bear the costs of the proceedings; the dispute concerned a civil law claim involving a subject-matter value of approximately 121,178 euros, in which the lower court had denied the necessary grounds for a further appeal to the supreme level; the court issued its decision without a substantive legal reasoning under § 544 Abs. 6 Satz 2 ZPO, determining that a written explanation would not contribute to the clarification of the conditions under which a revision is to be admitted.
