The Federal Court of Justice dismissed the defendant’s complaint against the non-admission of revision, thereby upholding the appellate court’s final judgment and affirming the prevailing status of the plaintiff in this civil dispute involving a claim for performance with a value in dispute of €22,239.63. The decision was rendered without a detailed written justification under § 544 Abs. 6 Satz 2, 2. Halbsatz ZPO, as the court determined that providing reasons would not contribute to clarifying the prerequisites for admitting a revision. Consequently, the defendant was ordered to bear the costs of the appellate complaint procedure pursuant to § 97 Abs. 1 ZPO.
