The Federal Court of Justice dismissed the plaintiff's complaint against the higher regional court's refusal to allow revision, thereby upholding the prior procedural decision and leaving the lower court's ruling on the merits in force. This procedural appeal concerned the admissibility of a final review of a civil dispute involving a material claim valued at approximately €29,674, where the plaintiff challenged the second instance court's determination that no fundamental legal question justified further appeal. The court invoked Section 544 (6) sentence 2, second half-sentence, of the Code of Civil Procedure to dispense with a substantive written reasoning, concluding that an explanation would not contribute to clarifying the conditions under which revision proceedings are to be admitted, while ordering the plaintiff to bear the costs of the complaint proceedings under Section 97 (1) of the Code of Civil Procedure.
