Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The BGH 7th Civil Senate rejected the appellants' complaint against the non-allowance of revision, thereby upholding the decision of the 5th Civil Senate of the Oberlandesgericht Zweibrücken and leaving that lower court ruling in force; the appellants are ordered to bear the costs of the complaint proceedings, with the amount in dispute set at 89,749 euros. The case involved a civil dispute where the appellants sought to challenge the appellate court's refusal to grant permission for an appeal to the Federal Court of Justice. The rejection was issued without a substantive legal justification, as the court determined that such an explanation would not contribute to clarifying the requirements for allowing a revision under § 544 Abs. 6 Satz 2, 2. Halbsatz ZPO.
