Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The Federal Labor Court (BAG) issued a judgment by admission (*Anerkenntnisurteil*), reversing in part the appellate decision of the Regional Labor Court of Berlin-Brandenburg, which had previously rejected the plaintiff’s appeal against a partial judgment by the Berlin Labor Court. The appeal is consequently dismissed in its entirety, with the defendant ordered to bear the costs of both the appeal and the revision proceedings. The dispute concerns a labor law matter where the plaintiff challenged the intermediate appellate ruling; the decisive legal basis is the defendant's express admission of the plaintiff's claims in revision, which legally mandates the reversal of the adverse lower court judgment without the need for the court to draft a statement of facts or reasons.
