Aussetzung der Vollziehung einer Entscheidung des Vollstreckungsgerichts bis zur Entscheidung über die Rechtsbeschwerde über die Anforderungen an einen Vollstreckungstitel gegen eine GbR

[TENOR]

Die Vollziehung des Beschluss der 3. Zivilkammer des Landgerichts Kassel vom 16. September 2010 (3 T 356/10) wird einstweilen bis zur Entscheidung über die Rechtsbeschwerde ausgesetzt.

[GRUENDE]

Die Vollziehung der angefochtenen Entscheidung setzt der Senat nach § 575 Abs. 5 i.
