Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The court upheld the provisional revocation of a driver's license due to significant doubts about the driver's fitness to operate a motor vehicle. The court reasoned that even slight indications of a driver posing a risk to others are sufficient for provisional revocation when serious doubts about their fitness exist, and strict proof of unfitness is not required. The circumstances of a medical emergency coinciding with a standard examination did not constitute exceptional grounds to deviate from the general rule of provisional revocation during such an assessment.
