Legislator-Zusammenfassung

KI-generiert

The court addressed a situation where an individual not authorized to represent another party attempted to file an appeal. The court warned that such unauthorized representation could lead to penalties in the future. Furthermore, the court clarified that when district councils act as courts, particularly in matters of child and adult protection, the legal monopoly for professional representation applies, meaning only licensed attorneys are permitted to act as professional representatives before these bodies.

Volltext

§ 11 Abs. 1 lit. b AnwG, Anwaltsmonopol.
