Généré par l'IA

A litigant appealed a departmental decision confirming the confiscation and euthanasia of a husky dog, but the court declared the appeal inadmissible because the appellant failed to pay the required advance on costs by the final deadline, even after an initial extension was granted, which is a mandatory procedural requirement for administrative appeals, thereby precluding the court from examining the merits of the case concerning the animal's seizure.

I. Le recours est irrecevable.

II.
