du 9 juin 1986

L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 85, chiffre 10, de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 9 avril 1986", arrête:

Article premier Le compte d'Etat de la Confédération suisse pour l'exercice de 1985, qui se solde par

- un excédent de dépenses de 695 787 564 francs au compte financier,

- un déficit de 1 061 352 443 francs au compte général,

- un découvert de 18 439 415 286 francs au bilan, est approuvé.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référendum.
