concernant le compte financier de l'Entreprise des PTT pour l'année 1984

du 21 juin 1985

L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 13, lettre e, de la loi sur l'organisation des PTT"; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 17 avril 19852), arrête:

Article premier Le compte de résultats de l'Entreprise des PTT, avec un bénéfice d'entreprise pour l'année 1984 de 310662717 francs, le bilan au 31 décembre 1984 et le contrôle des crédits d'engagements pour immeubles sont approuvés.

Art. 2 Le bénéfice d'entreprise de 310662717 francs est utilisé de la façon suivante: Fr.

- Versement à la Caisse fédérale 150 000 000

- Versement à la réserve de compensation 16 000 000

- Versement à la réserve générale de financement 144 662 717

Art. 3 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référendum.
