L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 6 de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 31 août 19921)

arrête:

Article premier La garantie fédérale est accordée aux articles 52, 3e alinéa, chiffre 6, et 65, 2e alinéa, chiffre 8, de la constitution du canton d'Unterwald-le-Bas, acceptés lors de la landsgemeinde du 29 avril 1990.

Art.2 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas sujet au référendum.
