L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 85, chiffre 10, de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 1er avril 19871', arrête:

Article premier Un crédit d'engagement de 29,3 millions de francs couvrant les années 1987 à 1992 est accordé pour la participation de la Suisse au Laboratoire européen de rayonnement synchrotronique et à l'Institut von Laue-Langevin à Grenoble.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référendum.
