L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 85, chiffre 10, de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 9 mai 19901), arrête:

Article premier Un crédit d'ouvrage de 10 210 000 francs est octroyé à l'Administration fédérale des blés pour la réfection du silo à blé de Brigue.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référendum.
