L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 6 de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 23 août 19891), arrête:

Article premier La garantie est accordée à la constitution du canton de Glaris qui a été acceptée lors de la landsgemeinde du 1er mai 1988.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référendum.
