L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 6 de la constitution;

vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 6 décembre 19931), arrête:

Article premier La garantie fédérale est accordée à la constitution du canton de Berne, qui a été acceptée lors de la votation populaire du 6 juin 1993.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas sujet au référendum.
