du 22 juin 1990

L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 6 de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 4 décembre 1989!), arrête:

Article premier La garantie fédérale est accordée:

1. Zurich A l'article 32, 1er et 2e alinéas, de la constitution cantonale accepté lors de la votation populaire du 4 juin 1989;

2. Unterwald-Ie-Haut A l'article 66 de la constitution cantonale accepté lors de la votation populaire du

4 juin 1989;

3. Hessin A l'article 35, 2e, 3e et 4e alinéas, de la constitution cantonale accepté lors de la votation fédérale du 4 juin 1989.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référendum.
