L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 16 août 19951) arrête:

Article premier Le transfert de l'actuelle commune bernoise de Vellerat au canton du Jura est approuvé.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté est soumis au vote du peuple et des cantons.

Art. 3 II entre en vigueur le 1er juillet 1996.
