sur l'engagement de l'armée pour assurer la protection d'installations menacées

du 21 avril 1999

L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'art. 85, ch. 9, de la constitution; vu l'art. 70LAAM1; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 8 mars 19992, arrête:

Art. 1 Le service d'appui de l'armée, ordonné par le Conseil fédéral le 1 er mars 1999 pour renforcer les forces de police et les décharger de certaines tâches de surveillance qui leur incombent dans le cadre de la protection d'installations relevant de la responsabilité de la Confédération, est approuvé.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas sujet au référendum.
