L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 8 de l'arrêté fédéral du 6 octobre 1978" concernant la loi sur l'énergie atomique; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 2l décembre 19812), arrête:

Article premier La décision du Conseil fédéral du 28 octobre 1981 (ch. 35 du message) d'octroyer l'autorisation générale à la SA de la centrale nucléaire de Kaiseraugst en vue de la réalisation de sa centrale est approuvée.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas soumis au référendum.
