L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 4 de l'arrêté fédéral du 6 octobre 1995 1) concernant la célébration du 150e anniversaire de l'Etat fédéral suisse; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 1er mars 19952), arrête:

Article premier Un crédit-cadre de 24 millions de francs est alloué pour financer la célébration du 150e anniversaire de l'Etat fédéral suisse.

Les besoins financiers annuels sont inscrits au budget.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas sujet au référendum.
