du 14 mars 1996

L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 10, 2e alinéa, de la loi fédérale du 25 juin 19821' sur les mesures économiques extérieures;

vu le rapport du 17 janvier 19962) sur la politique économique extérieure 95/1 + 2, arrête:

Article premier Sont approuvées:

a. la modification du 29 novembre 19953' de l'ordonnance concernant la surveillance des importations;

b. la modification du 29 novembre 19954) de l'ordonnance sur l'importation et le transit de produits.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas sujet au référendum.
