L'Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l'article 85, chiffre 10, de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 12 septembre 19901) vu le rapport complémentaire du 21 janvier 199l2) du message ci-dessus; vu le message complémentaire du 29 juin 19943' au message du 11 mai 19944) concernant les projets de construction et l'acquisition de terrains et d'immeubles, arrête:

Article premier Un crédit d'ouvrage affecté à l'agrandissement et à l'aménagement du Tribunal fédéral à Lausanne est ouvert pour un montant de 46,7 millions de francs.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n'est pas sujet au référendum.
