Chancellerie fédérale Conventions des cantons entre eux Convention entre les cantons de Berne et de Soleure concernant la pêche dans les eaux frontières de l’Aar Par courrier du 12 novembre 2008, le canton de Soleure a porté à la connaissance de la Confédération, conformément à l’art. 48, al. 3, de la Constitution et en relation avec l’art. 61c de la loi du 21 mars 1997 sur l’organisation du gouvernement et de l’administration (LOGA; RS 172.010), la Convention du 27 octobre/4 novembre 2008 entre les cantons de Berne et de Soleure concernant la pêche dans les eaux frontières de l’Aar. Les dossiers relatifs à cette convention peuvent être consultés à la: Chancellerie d’Etat du canton de Soleure Regierungsdienste Rathaus/Barfüssergasse 24 4509 Soleure Téléphone: 032 627 20 33, télécopie: 032 627 20 09 Pour de plus amples informations, prière de se référer aux art. 61c et 62 LOGA et aux art. 27k ss de l’ordonnance du 25 novembre 1998 sur l’organisation du gouvernement et de l’administration (RS 172.010.1). Les cantons qui ne sont pas parties à la convention (cantons tiers) et qui souhaitent élever une réclamation sont priés d’en informer les cantons concernés dans un délai de deux mois.
