Arrêté fédéral Projet ouvrant un crédit de programme pour l’aménagement du territoire

Abrogation du

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 30 septembre 20021, arrête:

Art. 1 L’arrêté fédéral du 18 mars 1980 ouvrant un crédit de programme pour l’aménagement du territoire2 est abrogé.

Art. 2

1 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.

2 Il entre en vigueur le même jour que la modification du ... de la loi fédérale du

22 juin 1979 sur l’aménagement du territoire3.
