Arrêté du Conseil fédéral étendant le champ d’application de la convention collective nationale de travail pour les hôtels, restaurants et cafés

Modification du 17 décembre 2001

Le Conseil fédéral suisse arrête:

I Les clauses suivantes de la convention collective nationale de travail pour les hôtels, restaurants et cafés, annexée aux arrêtes du Conseil fédéral du 19 novembre 1998, du 9 décembre 1999 et du 6 octobre 20001, sont modifiées2: Art. 6, al. 1 Délai de congé Art. 10 Salaires minimums Art. 11, al. 1 Salaire minimum pour les stagiaires Art. 15, al. 3 et 6 Durée du travail/heures supplémentaires Art. 16 Jours de repos Art. 18, al. 3 Jours fériés Art. 21, al. 1 Horaire de travail/contrôle du travail Art. 23, al. 1 Assurance indemnité journalière en cas de maladie Art. 35, let. d), ch. 4 Exécution de la Convention Annexe 2 (nouveau)

II Le présent arrêté entre en vigueur le 1er janvier 2002 et a effet jusqu’au 31 décembre 2002.
