Arrêté fédéral Projet concernant la Convention sur la procédure de consentement préalable en connaissance de cause applicable à certains produits chimiques et pesticides dangereux qui font l’objet d’un commerce international (Convention PIC)

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 18 octobre 2000 1, arrête:

Art. 1

1 La Convention du 11 septembre 1998 sur la procédure de consentement préalable en connaissance de cause applicable à certains produits chimiques et pesticides dangereux qui font l’objet d’un commerce international est approuvée.

2 Le Conseil fédéral est habilité à la ratifier.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
