Arrêté fédéral accordant la garantie fédérale à la Constitution du canton de Neuchâtel du 20 septembre 2001

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 51 et 172, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 11 avril 20012, arrête:

Art. 1 La garantie fédérale est accordée à la Constitution du canton de Neuchâtel, qui a été acceptée lors de la votation populaire du 24 septembre 2000.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
