Arrêté fédéral concernant l’engagement de l’armée pour la protection de représentations étrangères du 10 juin 2003

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 70, al. 2, de la loi fédérale du 3 février 1995 sur l’armée et l’administration militaire1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 16 avril 20032, arrête:

Art. 1 L’engagement de l’armée pour la protection de représentations étrangères est approuvé jusqu’au 30 juin 2004 au plus tard.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
