Arrêté fédéral reconduisant la participation de la Suisse aux Accords généraux d’emprunt du Fonds monétaire international

du 17 juin 2003

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54 et 99 de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 20 novembre 20022, arrête:

Art. 1

1 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à reconduire la participation de la Suisse aux Accords généraux d’emprunt du Fonds monétaire international dans les termes en vigueur du 26 décembre 2003 au 25 décembre 2008.

2 Le Conseil fédéral informe les Chambres fédérales sur la participation de la Suisse aux Accords généraux d’emprunt.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
