Arrêté fédéral Projet sur la transformation en don du solde des prêts consentis à la Fondation des immeubles pour les organisations internationales (FIPOI) à Genève pour l’acquisition ou la construction du Geneva Executive Center (GEC, Maison internationale de l’environnement), de l’Immeuble administratif de Montbrillant (IAM), de l’immeuble du Centre du commerce international (CCI) et de l’Immeuble administratif de Varembé (IAV)

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 167 de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 17 novembre 1999 1, arrête:

Art. 1 Le solde des prêts consentis à la Fondation des immeubles pour les organisations internationales (FIPOI) pour l’acquisition ou la construction du Geneva Executive Center, de l’Immeuble administratif de Montbrillant, de l’immeuble du Centre du commerce international et de l’Immeuble administratif de Varembé, dont le montant au 31 décembre 2000 s’élève à 289 171 227 francs, est transformé en don.

Art. 2

1 Le présent arrêté, qui n'est pas de portée générale, n’est pas sujet au référendum.

2 Il entre en vigueur le 1 er janvier 2001.
