Loi fédérale Projet concernant les aides financières à la Fondation des immeubles pour les organisations internationales (FIPOI) à Genève

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 54, al. 1, de la constitution; vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 17 novembre 1999 1, arrête:

Art. 1

1 La Confédération peut accorder des prêts sans intérêts à la Fondation des immeubles pour les organisations internationales (FIPOI). Ces prêts doivent être remboursés dans un délai de 50 ans au plus.

2 La Confédération peut aussi, dans des cas exceptionnels, accorder à la FIPOI des contributions à fonds perdus.

Art. 2 La Confédération accorde à la FIPOI une aide financière annuelle destinée à couvrir:

a. les frais d’entretien périodique du Centre William Rappard (CWR);

b. les frais d’entretien et d’exploitation de la nouvelle salle de conférences du CWR.

Art. 3 Sont abrogés:

a. l’arrêté fédéral du 21 juin 1996 concernant les aides financières à la Fondation des immeubles pour les organisations internationales 2;

b. l’arrêté fédéral du 24 mars 1995 concernant une aide financière à la Fondation des immeubles pour les organisations internationales (FIPOI) à Genève, destinée au financement des frais d’entretien et d’exploitation de la nouvelle salle de conférences du Centre William Rappard (CWR)3.

Art. 4

1 La présente loi est sujette au référendum facultatif.

2 Le Conseil fédéral fixe la date de l'entrée en vigueur.
