Exécution de la loi fédérale sur la formation professionnelle
L’Association suisse pour l’interprétariat communautaire et la médiation culturelle INTERPRET a déposé un projet de règlement concernant l’examen professionnel de Interprète communautaire avec brevet fédéral, conformément à l’art. 28, al. 2, de la loi fédérale du 13 décembre 2002 sur la formation professionnelle (RS 412.10) et à l’art. 25 et 26 de son ordonnance d’exécution du 19 novembre 2003 (RS 412.101). santésuisse, Les assurances-maladie suisses, a déposé un projet de règlement concernant l’examen professionnel de Spécialiste en assurance-maladie avec brevet fédéral, conformément à l’art. 28, al. 2, de la loi fédérale du 13 décembre 2002 sur la formation professionnelle (RS 412.10) et à l’art. 25 et 26 de son ordonnance d’exécution du 19 novembre 2003 (RS 412.101). Les personnes intéressées peuvent obtenir ce projet de règlement à l’Office fédéral de la formation professionnelle et de la technologie, Effingerstrasse 27, 3003 Berne. Le délai d’opposition auprès de cet office est de 30 jours.
