Loi fédérale Projet concernant la participation et l’octroi d’une aide financière de la Confédération au Centre Henry Dunant pour le Dialogue humanitaire du

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 54, al. 1, de la Constitution fédérale, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 31 mai 20001, arrête:

Art. 1

1 La Confédération participe au Centre Henry Dunant pour le Dialogue humanitaire.

2 Le Département fédéral des affaires étrangères désigne le représentant de la Confédération au sein du Conseil de fondation.

Art. 2 La Confédération suisse peut verser au Centre Henry Dunant pour le Dialogue humanitaire une aide financière dont le montant est défini dans un arrêté fédéral simple.

Art. 3

1 La présente loi est sujette au référendum facultatif.

2 Le Conseil fédéral fixe la date de l’entrée en vigueur.
