Arrêté fédéral Projet concernant le Protocole no 2 à la Convention-cadre européenne sur la coopération transfrontalière des collectivités ou autorités territoriales relatif à la coopération interterritoriale du

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 8 mars 20022, arrête:

Art. 1

1 Le Protocole no 2 à la Convention-cadre européenne sur la coopération transfrontalière des collectivités ou autorités territoriales relatif à la coopération interterritoriale est approuvé.

2 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à ratifier le Protocole no 2 en formulant la déclaration suivante: «Conformément à l’art. 6 du Protocole no 2, la Suisse déclare qu’elle appliquera les seules dispositions de l’art. 4 du Protocole additionnel.»

3 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à déclarer ultérieurement, lorsque les conditions seront remplies, que la Suisse appliquera également les dispositions de l’art. 5 du Protocole additionnel.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
