Arrêté fédéral accordant la garantie fédérale à des constitutions cantonales révisées

du 12 mars 2003

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 51 et 172, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 20 septembre 20022, arrête:

Art. 1 La garantie fédérale est accordée:

1. Berne aux art. 101a et 101b de la constitution cantonale, acceptés lors de la votation populaire du 3 mars 2002;

2. Uri aux art. 54 et 92, let. f, de la constitution cantonale, acceptés lors de la votation populaire du 2 décembre 2001;

3. Zoug à l’art. 78, al. 3, de la constitution cantonale, accepté lors de la votation populaire du

10 juin 2001;

4. Soleure aux art. 43, al. 3, 66, 2e phrase, et 67, al. 2, de la constitution cantonale, acceptés lors de la votation populaire du 3 mars 2002;

5. Appenzell Rhodes-Intérieures à l’art. 7ter, al. 1, de la constitution cantonale, accepté lors de la landsgemeinde du

28 avril 2002;

6. Argovie aux par. 62, al. 1, let. b et e, 63, al. 1 à 3, 78, al. 1 et 4, 91, al. 2bis, et 128, al. 5, de la constitution cantonale, acceptés lors de la votation populaire du 2 juin 2002;
