Décision dans la procédure d’opposition no 8364

Opposante MIGUEL TORRES, S.A., Comercio 22, ES-08720 Vilafranca del Penedes, Barcelona, enregistrement international no 756 841 TORRES contre Défenderesse MARCHESI DE’ FRESCOBALDI SOCIETA’ AGRICOLA S.p.A., Via Santo Spirito, 11, IT-50125 Firenze, enregistrement international no 878 813 LA TORRE. L’Institut Fédéral de la Propriété Intellectuelle a décidé le 28 décembre 2007 ce qui suit:

1. L’opposition no 8364 est close par classement.

2. La taxe d’opposition de 800 francs reste acquise à l’Institut.

3. Aucuns dépens ne sont attribués aux parties.

4. La présente décision est notifiée aux parties, par publication dans la Feuille fédérale pour la partie défenderesse.

Voies de droit: Cette décision peut faire l’objet d’un recours, dans un délai de 30 jours à compter de cette notification, auprès du Tribunal administratif fédéral, 3000 Berne 14. Une copie de la présente décision est à joindre au mémoire de recours.
