L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message annexé au rapport du 16 janvier 2008 sur la politique économique extérieure 20072, arrête:

Art. 1

1 La décision […]/2008 du Comité mixte de l’agriculture institué par l’accord entre la Communauté européenne et la Confédération suisse relatif aux échanges de produits agricoles est approuvée (appendice 2).

2 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à ratifier cette décision.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
