L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54, al. 1, et 166, al. 2, de la Constitution1 vu le message annexé au rapport du 16 janvier 2008 sur la politique économique extérieure 20072, arrête:

Art. 1

1 L’Accord du 9 mai 2007 entre la Confédération suisse et la République arabe syrienne concernant la promotion et la protection réciproque des investissements est approuvé (appendice 4).

2 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à le ratifier.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
