Arrêté fédéral Projet reconduisant la participation de la Suisse aux Accords généraux d’emprunt du Fonds monétaire international

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 54 et 99 de la Constitution1, vu l’art. 5, al. 3, de la loi du 3 octobre 2003 sur la Banque nationale2, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 28 novembre 20073, arrête:

Art. 1

1 Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à reconduire la participation de la Suisse aux Accords généraux d’emprunt du Fonds monétaire international. Il décide avant l’échéance de la période de validité de proroger la participation de la Suisse ou d’y mettre un terme des accords, après entente avec la Banque nationale suisse.

2 Il informe les Chambres fédérales de la participation de la Suisse aux Accords généraux d’emprunt.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum en matière de traités internationaux.
