Arrêté fédéral accordant la garantie fédérale à des constitutions cantonales révisées du 6 mars 2008

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu les art. 51 et 172, al. 2, de la Constitution1, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 24 octobre 20072, arrête:

Art. 1 La garantie fédérale est accordée:

1. Uri à l’art. 77, al. 1, de la Constitution cantonale, accepté en votation populaire le

26 novembre 2006;

2. Schwyz au § 72, al. 1 et 4, de la Constitution cantonale, accepté en votation populaire le

17 juin 2007;

3. Zoug au § 20, al. 1, § 27, al. 3, 38, al. 1, 2e phrase, 78, al. 1, let. c, et au § 8 des dispositions finales et transitoires, au §7 des dispositions finales et transitoires, au § 31, let. d, ch. 4, au § 78, al. 1, let. b, de la Constitution cantonale, acceptés en votation populaire le 17 juin 2007;

4. Bâle-Campagne au § 52 de la Constitution cantonale, accepté en votation populaire le 11 mars 2007;

5. Schaffhouse à l’art. 43 de la Constitution cantonale, accepté en votation populaire le 24 septembre 2006;

6. Appenzell Rhodes-Intérieures aux art. 19 et 33, 27, 30 et 46, de la Constitution cantonale, acceptés par la Landsgemeinde du 29 avril 2007;
