L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 167 de la Constitution1, vu l’art. 20, let. b, de la loi du 22 juin 2007 sur l’Etat hôte (LEH)2, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 27 février 20083, arrête:

Art. 1 Un crédit d’engagement de 11,3 millions de francs est octroyé pour un prêt sans intérêt, remboursable en 50 ans, à la Fondation des immeubles pour les organisations internationales (FIPOI). Le prêt servira au financement des travaux de construction d’un agrandissement du bâtiment no 40 du CERN à Genève.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
