L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 28 septembre 20071, arrête:

I L’arrêté fédéral du 21 décembre 1995 relatif à la coopération avec les tribunaux internationaux chargés de poursuivre les violations graves du droit international humanitaire2 est modifié comme suit:

Art. 31, al. 1

1 La sanction, fixée au cours de la procédure d’exequatur par le juge compétent selon l’art. 342 du code pénal4, est exécutée conformément au droit suisse.

Art. 34, al. 1 et 5 (nouveau)

1 Le présent arrêté est de portée générale.5
