Arrêté fédéral concernant le financement des activités de la fondation Pro Helvetia de 2008 à 2011 du 17 décembre 2007

L’Assemblée fédérale de la Confédération suisse, vu l’art. 167 de la Constitution1, vu l’art. 3, al. 1, de la loi fédérale du 17 décembre 1965 concernant la fondation Pro Helvetia2, vu le message du Conseil fédéral du 28 février 20073, arrête:

Art. 1

1 La Confédération alloue pour la période 2008 à 2011 un plafond de dépenses d’un montant de 135 millions de francs à la fondation Pro Helvetia.

2 Le présent arrêté a effet jusqu’à l’entrée en vigueur de la loi modifiée concernant la fondation Pro Helvetia.

Art. 2 Le présent arrêté n’est pas sujet au référendum.
